Hello everyone who want to start with physiotherapy. My name is Pavel, I am 30 and living in lovely Fredrikstad, Østfold. I lived in Oslo where my physiotherapy bachelor was taken, at Høgskolen in Oslo. I have different hobbies, I like train and work out. As everybody else I love to relax on the couch with my lovely wife and two (not som smart) dogs. My motto at life would be something like: «Healthy effort – healthy results».

I like to extend my knowledge level by take courses when possible, the last one I’m using a lot, Dry Needling. Besides courses I also take Masters locally here in Fredrikstad, «Master in interdiscilplinary cooperation in Health and Social sector». Medical training therapy is something I have been using for a while in treatment and I like it a lot, no downsides, only ups’! Previously I have taken a minor education as personal trainer and nutrisionist. I also held courses on life style changing (in cooperation with Freeliving AS).

My personal work experiences are many: both othopedical patients, neck, shoulder and back rehabilitation, nevrological diagnoses et cetera. Worked with children, (young) adults and elderly. Hospital, rehabilitation centre, community health care and even privatly with and without Norwegian subsidies (driftstilskudd) are among my previous workplaces. Both directly with patients and in groups.

As a patient you don’t have to worry about being taken seriously – I always listen to my patients, examine and discuss their issue/diagnosis. I also try to increase your knowledge level, looking at
